Anywhere is Hiring a System Admin Near Lake, FL
- Monitoring application, network, and system performance and responding to critical alerts
- Documenting systems/processes and maintaining existing documentation
- Assisting senior administrators with hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and patching
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT problems via phone, email, IM, or tickets in a timely manner or escalating to senior engineers when appropriate
- Maintain Active Directory user accounts by onboarding, offboarding, resetting passwords, and provisioning appropriate permissions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft/Office 365 administration, including managing user accounts, groups, and licenses, as well as troubleshooting common Microsoft/Office 365 issues
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT services environment, with a demonstrated ability to interface with end users, manage tickets, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Experience with Windows 7, 10, 11, and some knowledge of Windows Server
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic Windows operating system issues
- Experience with installing and configuring Windows patches either in a desktop or server environment
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, routing, VPN, subnetting)
- Experience with Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure or Microsoft/Office 365 certifications are a plus (AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900, MS-102)
